RETURNS POLICY
Styched believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order.
There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Styched marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day etc or for Special promotions or initiatives like Save Government School Movement. These are limited occasion offers or shared cost models and therefore cancellations are not possible. Styched does not accept cancellation requests for Official Merchandise, Clearance zone products, clearance/flash sale products or steal deal products etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the product delivered is damaged or defective or wrong SKU.
